The 'Mystery' Sonatas, by Heinrich Ignaz Franz Biber (1644-1704).

A series of 6 Free Concerts of Baroque Music in the Queen's College Chapel, Oxford.

Dates: 10 March 2006 at 8pm [Inaugural Concert] and then every Tuesday for 5 successive weeks at 6:15pm on 14, 21, 28 March, 4, 11 April.

Concerts last approximately 45 minutes.

Baroque music on Period Instruments played by Heather Birt, Judith Dellosso, Linda Hannah-Andersson, Liz Hodson, Barnabas Morse-Brown, Owen Rees, Julian Smith and Christian Wilson.

Each concert will also be illuminated by modern 'icons' reflecting the 'Mysteries', created by artists Alison Lilley Berrett, Jane Dowling, Nicholas Mynheer, Martin Smith, Tim Stewerd and Roger Wagner.

All concerts are free and open to the general public.
